KEVIN BROWN
Director of asset management

Kevin is responsible for maintaining HSG assets and for the design and implementation of strategies with the multifamily unit. He oversees the third-party management of HSG's portfolio of apartments.

Before joining HSG, Kevin was an Asset Manager at Banner Real Estate Group and prior to that, a Portfolio Manager at Realty Income Corporation in San Diego. Kevin graduated from Indiana University with a BA in Economics.

Kevin is a dedicated Chicago sports fan and enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He enjoys snowboarding, rock climbing, and traveling.
