SAM O’DONNELL
SENIOR ANALYST

Sam assists with new development underwriting and due diligence, the capitalization of new projects, as well as evaluating exit strategies (sale or recapitalization) of recent developments. In addition, Sam’s responsibilities include leading the asset management of HSG’s stabilized residential portfolio located within the Chicago MSA.  

Sam joined HSG from Cushman & Wakefield where he served as a financial analyst on the Chicago based Retail Investment Sales Team. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.

Sam is an avid Dallas Mavericks fan and music enthusiast and enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.
