Scott assistS in analyzing the exit strategies (sale or recapitalization) of several of the company’s recent developments and helpS with asset management of several of the newer developments in HSG’s portfolio as they transition in to an operational phase. Scott also assistS in evaluating new development opportunities and assistS in creating the development plans and capitalization of new projects.
SCOTT JOIN HSG From LaSalle Investment Management where he was a Financial Analyst in the Strategic Investments Group. Scott was previously an Investment Banking Analyst in the Global Industrials Group at UBS. He graduated from Vanderbilt University with a double major in Mathematics and Economics.
